- 4 to 6 boneless chicken breast halves
- 1 can (12 ounces) beer
- 1 cup chili sauce
- 4 to 6 medium potatoes, peeled and cut in 2-inch chunks
- 2 ribs celery, sliced
- 4 carrots, peeled & sliced
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1/4 cup flour, mixed with a little cold water to make a smooth paste
- fresh chopped parsley, to garnish, optional
