Ingredients:
- 7 or 8 medium apples, cored
- Clementine orange sections
- raisins
- cinnamon
Preparation:
Stuff apples with orange sections, raisins, and cinnamon; pile them in the Crock Pot. Add 1/4 cup
water. Cover and cook on low most of the day, about 7 to 9 hours.
Maggie notes the apples shrunk a bit, but held up very well.
