Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 lean pounds ground beef
- 1 can (10 3/4 oz.) cream of mushroom soup
- 2 pound processed cheese, shredded or cubed (Velveeta)
- 1 stick (4 ounces) margarine
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 2 tbsp. chili powder
- 1 cup picante sauce
Preparation:
Brown meat and onion. Drain. Add all ingredients to slow cooker and cook
on low heat until cheese melts, about 1 1/2 hours. Serve in slow cooker with a bowl of
tortilla chips.
