Crock Pot recipes for ground beef, a chili recipe from Gail made with ground beef and tomato juice.
Ingredients:
- 4 pounds Ground Chuck
- 60 ounces (4 15-ounce cans) Tomato Sauce
- 48 ounces V-8 Juice
- 1 cup Chopped Onion
- 1 cup Chopped Celery
- 2 tablespoons Chili powder
- 1 1/3 cups Brown Sugar
- 28 ounces Chili Beans
- 1 package (about 2 ounces) Cincinnati Chili Seasoning Mix
- 1 package (about 1.25 ounces) Kroger Brand Mild Chili Seasoning Mix
- 2 8-oz. Cans Tomato Paste
- 6 beef bouillion cubes
- 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
Preparation:
Brown ground beef. Drain well. Place all other ingredients in a slow
cooker and add the meat. Cook on low for 6 to 9 hours. Serve with
crackers or cornbread.
