Cook Time: 7 hours
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 lbs. lean ground beef
- 1/2 teaspoon seasoned pepper
- 8 ounces process cheese spread, Velveeta, diced
- 2 tbsp. milk
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 8 split toasted sandwich buns
- sliced tomatoes, dill pickles, and onions
Preparation:
In skillet, brown ground beef with seasoned pepper until cooked through; drain. Combine cooked ground beef with Velveeta, milk, green pepper, onion, and garlic in slow cooker; mix well. Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 7 hours. Spoon over sandwich buns and serve with sliced tomatoes, pickles, onions, and other condiments on the side.Shared by Marie M.
