Ingredients:
- 1 to 1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef
- 3/4 cup diced bell pepper (green AND red if possible)
- 3/4 cup diced onion
- 1 package (dry) brown gravy (or use mushroom or onion)
- 4 to 6 medium red or round white potatoes, diced (about 4 cups)
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 (15 oz) can whole kernel corn, drained (or 2 cups frozen)
- 1 (15 oz) can creamed corn
- salt and pepper to taste
