Ingredients:
- 1 pound extra lean ground beef
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 can (15 ounces) cream-style corn
- 1 can (3 to 4 ounces) sliced mushrooms, drained
- 1 (10-3/4 oz) can condensed cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup
- 1 package (20 ounces) shredded frozen hash brown potatoes, or about 6 cups shredded potatoes
Preparation:
In a large skillet sprayed with cooking spray, brown meat and onion. Spoon browned-meat mixture into a slow cooker. Add corn, mushrooms and chicken soup. Mix well to combine. Stir in potatoes. Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours. Stir before serving.
