Yummy crockpot stuffed peppersJune 30, 2008By earthartisan
"I came home to my home smelling wonderfully like stuffed green peppers. This recipe was super easy! And we loved them! The only thing I didn't care for was the topping. When I make these in the oven i melt mozzerella on top. I decided to give this topping a try. In the future, when we make these, I will omit the topping and just toss some mozzarella on top until melted. Also, it is a good idea to use twice as much seasoning as you would normally. I am not sure why, but I could barely taste any seasoning... and I accidentally poured about 1/4 cup garlic powder in it... Overall 3 star for a good dependable recipe!"
