I came home to my home smelling wonderfully like stuffed green peppers. This recipe was super easy! And we loved them! The only thing I didn't care for was the topping. When I make these in the oven i melt mozzerella on top. I decided to give this topping a try. In the future, when we make these, I will omit the topping and just toss some mozzarella on top until melted. Also, it is a good idea to use twice as much seasoning as you would normally. I am not sure why, but I could barely taste any seasoning... and I accidentally poured about 1/4 cup garlic powder in it... Overall 3 star for a good dependable recipe!
