Use seasoned frozen beef strips or browned ground beef in this tasty crockpot meal.
Ingredients:
- 2 packages (9oz each) seasoned frozen beef strips OR 1 1/2 pounds browned ground beef
- 2 cans (15oz ea) sliced new potatoes, drained
- 1 can golden mushroom soup
- 2 tablespoons minced dried onion, or 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 can cream-style corn
- 1 cup frozen corn
- salt and pepper, to taste
Preparation:
Place 1 can of potatoes in the slow cooker/Crock Pot (3 1/2-quart or larger add meat and onion. Next, layer with corn, then the remaining can of potatoes. Spoon mushroom soup over the top. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Cover and cook on low 6 to 8 hours.[br]Serves 4 to 6.[p]

"This was a quick and easy recipe and it tasted great. The only change I made was to add garlic powder while I was browning the ground beef. Oh, and I used low sodium cream of mushroom soup. I would definitely make this again."
