"This recipe was easy and delicious. My whole family loved it, even my 2 children who are sometimes picky eaters. My husband described it as an upside down Shephards's Pie. The 2 things I did differently was I did not use the bell pepper or the gravy master. I served it with salad and Italian bread and it made a great meal!"
