Serve this simple, tasty ground beef meal with biscuits and a green salad.
- 2 lbs.lean ground beef
- 1 cup coarsely chopped onions
- 1 can (14.5 ounces) tomatoes
- 1 can condensed tomato soup, undiluted
- 1 cup cooked rice
Brown beef in skillet with onions; drain. Transfer beef mixture to crockpot; add tomatoes, and soup. Cover and cook on LOW for 4 to 6 hours. Add hot cooked rice about 20 minutes before serving.
