Ingredients:
- 3 to 5 pounds fully cooked ham
- 10 to 12 whole cloves
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon prepared mustard
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons orange juice
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
Preparation:
Combine brown sugar, mustard and lemon juice; spoon over ham. Cover and cook on high for 1 hour; turn to low and continue cooking for 8 to 10 hours.
Remove ham to a serving platter; keep warm. Turn slow cooker to high.
Combine orange juice and cornstarch to form smooth paste. Stir into
drippings in slow cooker. Continue cooking, stirring occasionally, for about 15 minutes, or until sauce is thickened. Spoon over ham.
Serves 8 to 12.
