Ham and Parmesan Potatoes

Crockpot potatoes with ham and Parmesan cheese.

Ingredients:

  • 4 to 6 medium potatoes, cut in 1/2-inch cubes (about 6 cups)
  • 1 large onion, coarsely chopped
  • 1 ham steak (about 3/4 lb), diced
  • pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon celery seed
  • 3/4 cup fresh Parmesan cheese, shredded
  • 1 package (1 1/4 ounce) country gravy mix
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 cup evaporated milk

Not that bad, Member opmisfit

We made this recipe. And we put enough liquid in to completely cover all the food (mixture of water, made gravy mix, and milk) and it came of just fine. Maybe some more seasonings but it was actually pretty tasty.
