Spiced Meatballs

Ingredients:

• 1 lb. lean ground beef
• 2 slices bread, crumbled
• 1 egg
• 1/2 tsp. salt
• 1/3 cup diced green peppers
• 1/3 cup diced onions
• 2 tbsp. butter
• 1 regular can tomato soup
• 2 tbsp. brown sugar
• 4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
• 1 tbsp. mustard
• 1 tbsp. vinegar

Preparation:

Mix ground beef with bread, egg and salt. Shape into balls and brown in skillet or oven. Mix all other ingredients in slow cooker/Crock Pot. After browning meatballs, place them in slow cooker/Crock Pot with sauce mixture. Cover and cook on low 6 to 8 hours.
