- 1 lg. onion, sliced
- 1 sm. green pepper, sliced
- 8 oz. sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 4 carrots, sliced
- 3 tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 1/2 tbsp. vinegar
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
