OK but not very appetizing looking, Member DiscerningHomeChef

I found this recipe lacking in pizazz. Need to add parsley or yogurt or something to dress it up before serving, and keep it from looking like chunks of brown mystery meat in the school cafeteria. The sauce is very thin..... I added cornstarch at end to try to thicken it, but it was still watery. I served this dish with poppy seed noodles, sauerkraut on the side, a nice salad with German style dressing, and a Riesling, trying for an Oktoberfest theme. Next time I'll forget the crock pot and just do pork tenderloin with apples in the oven or in a skillet.
