Crockpot Spareribs Recipe

Easy barbecued spareribs from Crissy.

Cook Time: 10 hours

Ingredients:

  • 3 to 4 pounds spareribs
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 onion sliced
  • 1 16-ounce bottle of barbecue sauce

Preparation:

Sprinkle ribs with salt and pepper. Place ribs in broiler pan under broiler for 15 minutes to brown. Put sliced onion in crock-pot. Slice ribs into serving pieces and put in Crock-pot. Pour in BBQ sauce. cover; cook on Low 8 to 10 hours (high for 4 to 5 hours). 3 to 4 servings.
