Slow cooked country style ribs with mushrooms, gravy mix, and other ingredients, an easy crockpot pork recipe.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 pounds country-style ribs, boneless
  • 1 can cream of mushrooms soup
  • 4 ounces sliced mushrooms
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 envelope mushroom gravy mix
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon sweet paprika
  • 2 tablespoons cold water blended with 1 heaping tablespoon all-purpose flour

"This is a very tasty recipe; my boyfriend asks for it all the time. The only changes I make is no salt (I'm on a low salt diet), low sodium cream of mushroom soup, and I use whole button mushrooms instead of canned sliced mushrooms. They hold their flavor in the crockpot better."
