Much Better with more flavorSeptember 09, 2009By perry.grimmett
"I used Red onions and three cloves of chopped garlic. Instead of putting the pepper on top of the mixture I put in on the meat with some crushed rosemary and seasoning salt. Then instead of adding a 1/4 of water. I used a half cup of beer. It turned out amazing. The meat was done and moist and the stuff came out as if it can out of a Thanksgiving Turkey. For a side dish I had mashed potatoes and Stemmed Asparagus which was a prefect sides. For a wine I went with a Sauvignon Blanc wine. It was a excellent and everyone enjoyed. Don't be afraid to turn something into a supreme meal by experimenting."
