It was not that badNovember 17, 2009By MrsElaineB
"I decided to add Cream of mushroom instead of the celery and used a 1/2 a cup of dry white cooking wine instead of a 1/4 cup of water. You have to understand, most, not all, pork falls apart in the crock pot. I don't know why but it does. Country ribs don't fall apart but thin pork chops do. This didn't fall apart either and I set it on HIGH for 3 1/2 hours. It was pretty good."
