Ingredients:
- 6 to 8 lean thick pork chops - 1 inch thick, boneless or bone-in
- 1/3 c. flour
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 tbsp. oil
- 1 can (10 3/4 ounces) Cream of Mushroom soup
Preparation:
Trim chops. In a bowl, combine flour, mustard, garlic powder, and salt. Coat pork chops with dry ingredients. Heat oil in a skillet; brown pork chops well on both sides. Put browned chops in slow cooker. Add soup and cook on low 6 to 8 hours or on high 3 to 4 hours.Serves 6 to 8.
