Ingredients:
- 4 boneless or bone-in pork chops, about 3/4 to 1-inch thick
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 dash pepper
- 1 tablespoon prepared mustard
- 2 tablespoons wine vinegar
- 1/8 teaspoon dried thyme or tarragon
- 1 can (17oz) fruit cocktail, drained, syrup reserved
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons cold water
- hot cooked rice for 4
Preparation:
Remove pork chops and keep warm; turn crockpot to HIGH. Dissolve cornstarch in water; stir
into pot. Add drained fruit cocktail; cover and cook on high for about 20
minutes.
Spoon fruit sauce over chops and serve over rice.
