  • 1 1/2 lbs country-style boneless pork ribs
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons dried minced onion, or use fresh
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ginger
  • 1/4 tsp allspice
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • dash of pepper

I doubled this recipe for a larger gathering. Used Log Cabin syrup as a substitute for the maple syrup and it turned out great. Spicy yet sweet. Delicious. A huge plus is that it's super easy. While the ribs are in the crock pot, I had plenty of time to prepare my side dishes.
