Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 lbs country-style boneless pork ribs
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons dried minced onion, or use fresh
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ginger
- 1/4 tsp allspice
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- dash of pepper
Preparation:
Place pork in the slow cooker/Crock Pot. Combine remaining ingredients; pour over pork. Cover and cook on low for 7 to 9 hours.Serves 4.
