Country Pork with Mushrooms

Boneless country-style pork ribs are cooked in the crockpot with mushrooms and gravy.

Ingredients:

  • 2 pounds country-style ribs, boneless
  • 1 can cream of mushrooms soup, 98% fat free
  • 4 ounces sliced mushrooms
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 envelope mushroom gravy mix
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon sweet paprika

This has become one of our favorite recipes to serve for family and friends. Only suggestion is to increase the mushrooms and dont cut them to small or they get lost in the texture.
