My Country-Style Ribs

Ingredients:

  • 3 pounds country style pork ribs
  • 1 envelope Knorr leek soup mix
  • 1 can golden mushroom soup

Preparation:

Place ribs in large slow cooker. Sprinkle leek soup mix over ribs. Add golden mushroom soup. Turn slow cooker to low and cook for 12 hours.
NOTES : Great served with mashed potatoes, English peas, and a salad.

Serves 6.
