Crockpot ribs with pork ribs, garlic powder, sweet and sour sauce, and peppers. A recipe for sweet and sour slow cooked country style ribs.

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 to 2 pounds boneless country-style ribs
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic power
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 cup sweet and sour sauce
  • 1 large sweet bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces

"This was my first time cooking boneless country style ribs. The recipe can't be easier. The meat is tender and the ingredients provide a nice flavor. Only complaint is the peppers are not al dente after cooking for 2 hours, but a little too done. Maybe add a little later to reduce cooking time."
