Easy and excelent, Member marinoboy

I am a pretty advanced cook, but once in a while I want to just set it and forget it. This recipe was extremely easy to put together. The hardest part was cutting the whole pork loin we bought into thirds. The first thing my wife noticed was the aroma: I opened it about 2 hours into the cooking to put a thermometer into the meat: she was upstairs and she asked 'what is that delicious smell'? One thing I did was to cook it on high for the first 3 hours since I set it around 1:30. I would recommend to set on low as the recipe calls. The taste was excellent. We paired it with some Zatarain's long grain and wild rice mix. I would recommend adding a vegetable also, maybe whole green beans. This is a great recipe.
