BBQ Boston Butt

Ingredients:

  • Boston Butt Roast (pork shoulder)
  • 1/4 cup of water
  • Salt and pepper lightly
  • BBQ sauce you desire

Preparation:

Place the meat in the crock pot with water, salt and pepper. Cover and set crock pot on LOW and cook for 10 hours. Two or four hours before serving, drain off excess liquids, shred meat and remove fat, and pour a little barbecue sauce on the meat. Serve the shredded barbecued pork with buns, with extra barbecue sauce on the side.
