This is a favorite Italian beef recipe from Pam, made with rump roast and Italian salad dressing.

Ingredients:
- 3 to 5 pound rump roast
- 1 package dry Italian salad dressing mix
- 1 package dry Au Jus mix
- 3 tablespoons chopped pepperoncinis with a little of the juice
- 1 cup water
Preparation:
Sprinkle dry mixes over rump roast in a slow cooker or crockpot. Add pepperoncinis and water. Cook on low for 7 to 9 hours, or until very tender. Shred meat and return to liquid in the crockpot. Serve on toasted split rolls.
