Easy and delicious beef barbecue, Member PharmerCathy

This was simple to put together and the taste is wonderful. Since it takes 8-10 hours to cook, I put everything into the crockpot in the evening and let it cook overnight. As I did not have a boneless chuck roast, I turned the pot off to let it cool before removing bone. Cooling it also allowed me to skim fat off before shredding. Turned the pot back on about 1 hour before dinner and served with homemade rolls and a tangy barbecue sauce. family loved it, me too. Simple and delicious; my favorite combination!
