Easy Crockpot Pot Roast

Ingredients:

  • 1 pot roast, about 3 to 4 pounds
  • 1 can (approx. 10 1/2 ounces) condensed tomato soup
  • 1 pkg. Swiss steak mix
  • 1 large onion, sliced

Preparation:

Place roast in slow cooker. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over roast. Cover and cook in slow cooker on low for 7 to 9 hours.
