Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 pounds flank steak, trimmed and cut into 6 pieces
- 1 jar salsa, your favorite, about 1 1/2 cups
- 1/2 cup chopped sweet onion
- half of green bell pepper, cut in strips
- half of red bell pepper, cut in strips
Preparation:
Place all in slow cooker or crockpot --stir well. Cook on low about 8 hrs or high 4-5 hours. Remove meat shred with two forks. Serve in warmed flour tortillas with any or all of the following; grated cheese, chopped tomatoes, sliced black olives, shredded lettuce, sour cream, avocado slices or guacamole served two "normal" adults and one teenaged football player.This beef fajitas recipe in the crockpot shared by Dianne.
