- 1 1/2 to 2 pounds London broil or other lean beef, sliced or cut in bite-size pieces
- 1 1/2 cups matchstick-cut carrots
- 1 large green pepper, cut in 1-inch pieces
- 1 cup dried pineapple chunks (about 3 oz)
- 2 to 3 tablespoons dry minced onions (or 1 chopped onion)
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon red pepper
- 1/2 cup apple juice
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 packet dry onion gravy mix
- 1 package frozen oriental vegetables, slightly thawed
