Sue's Spaghetti Sauce

Easy crockpot spaghetti sauce with ground beef or turkey. Scroll down to see more spaghetti sauce recipes.

Cook Time: 9 hours

Total Time: 9 hours

Ingredients:

  • 1 to 2 lb. ground beef or turkey
  • 1 large onion chopped
  • 1 to 2 cans diced tomatoes (14 1/2 oz)
  • 1 to 2 cans tomato sauce (14 1/2 oz)
  • Chili powder
  • garlic powder or finely minced garlic
  • Italian seasoning
  • ground red pepper
  • oregano
  • salt and pepper
  • small can sliced mushrooms drained

Preparation:

Brown and crumble ground beef and onion. Drain and place in crockpot; add seasonings/spices to taste. Cook on low all day (about 8 to 10 hours). Add mushrooms about 30 minutes before serving. Cook spaghetti as package directs; drain and serve.
Even better mixed together as leftovers.
