Ingredients:
- 1 lb. hamburger
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1 clove minced garlic
- 1 tsp. Italian herb seasoning
- 1 can stewed tomatoes
- 1 can tomato paste
- 2 cans (8 oz each) tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 pkg. spaghetti sauce mix
Preparation:
Brown hamburger with onion, bell pepper and garlic. Drain well
and put into crockpot with all other ingredients. Leave crockpot on
high for 1 hour then turn to low and simmer
for 6 to 8 hours.
Serve hot over favorite noodles and goes well with garlic bread, and a fresh salad.
