- 3 to 4 medium potatoes, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 (15 oz.) can green peas, undrained
- 1 (14.5 oz.) can chopped tomatoes, undrained (may use plain, Italian seasoned, etc.)
- 2 cubes beef boullion
- 2 tablespoons dried minced onion
- 1 1/2 cups water
