Never Again, Member Mageewan

I made this recipe looking for something to do with my kielbasa sausage. I was so hopeful that this would be a winner. I made this recipe and the only thing I didn't have was zucchini so I added green beans instead. This had to be the worst online recipe I have ever made. I followed the recipe and it came out mushy, the smokiness of the sausage and the flavors of the other ingredients actually did not smell good at all. All my ingredients were fresh but somehow it just didn't smell good to me. Everyone in my family didn't finish this meal and I found myself apologizing to everyone. The recipe cautioned on watching for mushiness but how do you do that? If you add all the ingredients it called for and followed the directions and it comes out mushy how do you prevent that? I would not recommend this recipe and if you feel so inclined to make it be cautioned on the mushiness.
