Ingredients:
- 1 lb. diced ham
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 c. corn
- 3 tomatoes, peeled & diced, or 1 can (14.5 ounces, diced tomatoes)
- 2 potatoes, peeled & diced
- 1 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. Tabasco pepper sauce
- chicken broth or vegetable broth to cover
Preparation:
Place ingredients in slow cooker. Cover and cook on LOW 7 to 10 hours, or until vegetables are tender. Add more broth or a little water if necessary. Taste and adjust seasonings.
