Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground beef
- 2 cups canned chopped tomatoes
- 1 1/2 cups beef or vegetable broth
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 c. onion, chopped
- 1 1/2 c. carrots
- 2 cup potatoes, diced
- 1 1/4 c. celery, sliced
Preparation:
Add any extra vegetables you want. Cover and cook on LOW for 7 to 9 hours, or until vegetables are tender.
