This is a fabulous and easy soup., Member ladyjacoba

I found this soup to be very flavorful and incredibly easy to put together. Other than browning the meat and onions, everything else is pretty much dump and go. My husband just requested 40 or 50 containers of this for our freezer!!! The only change I did make was using a bit of beef broth instead of adding water at the end.I even thought of varying it with ground turkey and maybe sweet potatoes or small cubes of pork. Definitely give this one a try.
