Meatball Cheese Soup

Meatball soup with corn and potatoes and Cheez Whiz.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups water
  • 1 can whole kernel corn
  • 1 cup diced potatoes
  • 1/2 cup diced carrots
  • 1/2 cup diced celery
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 2 cubes beef broth
  • 2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
  • 1 (16 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz
  • .
  • Meatballs:
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. Tabasco

Preparation:

Combine first 9 ingredients in slow cooker. Mix meatball ingredints; shape into meatballs then add to pot. Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours.
Serves 4 to 6.

"This recipe was very bland and turned out extremely greasy. I used extra lean beef, but I think the cheese whiz made it greasy. It didn't have very good flavor, reminded me of beef stew gone bad."
