Ingredients:
- 1 can pinto beans (15 ounces), drained and rinsed
- 1 lb. ground beef, browned
- 1 lg. onion, chopped
- 1 large can (28 oz) tomatoes
- 3 tbsp. chili powder
- 1 can (4 oz) chopped chile peppers, mild or hot
- 1 tsp. pepper
- Seasoned salt, to taste
Preparation:
Combine all ingredients in slow cooker. Cover and cook on low 6-8 hours. Taste and adjust seasoning.Serves 4 to 6.
