Ingredients:
- 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
- 1/2 lb. bacon, diced
- 1/2 lb. cooked ham, diced
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 can (10 1/2 ounces) condensed beef broth
- 1 can (10 1/2 ounces) tomato soup
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 cans (15 ounces each) pinto beans, drained
- 2 packages frozen mixed veetables, 20 ounces total
- 3/4 tsp. salt, or to taste
Preparation:
Brown ground beef with bacon; drain well. Combine all ingredients in slow cooker. Cover and cook on HIGH for 7 to 9 hours. MHudgins.
