(A spiced carrot pudding recipe, made in the crockpot.
Ingredients:
- 4 large carrots, cooked and grated
- 1 small onion, grated
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- 1 cup milk
- 3 eggs, beaten
Preparation:
Mix together the cooked carrots, onion, salt, nutmeg, sugar, milk, and beaten eggs. Pour
into greased slow cooker; cover and cook on HIGH for 3 to 4 hours.
