Crockpot greenbean / water chesnut casseroleNovember 21, 2008By Dave.McCartney
"As i put this together with campbells condensed soup and three cups of grated cheese i was very sceptical as to whether the goopy mess it produced was going to do anything than stick to the walls of the crockpot. However i followed the recipe to the letter, put the lid on the pot, muttered a small prayer and let it do its thing on a high setting for about 3 1/2 hours. As soon as i took the lid off and the aroma wafted up i just knew it was going to be delicious... and i was right. I made it for part of an office ""pot luck lunch"" and 4 people requested the recipe. Excellent and easy casserole that i would have no hesitation in recommending. Oh BTW use a sharp cheddar so much better flavor....."
