Crockpot Caramel Glazed Sweet Potatoes

Crockpot sweet potato recipe combines sweet potatoes - sliced and glazed - with a brown sugar and cinnamon mixture. Scroll down to see more sweet potato recipes.

Cook Time: 8 hours

Ingredients:

4 to 6 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and sliced
1 cup brown sugar
3 tablespoons cornstarch
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 to 2 tablespoons butter or margarine

Preparation:

Lightly butter the slow cooker/Crock Pot; add sliced sweet potatoes and sprinkle with salt. Combine sugar, cornstarch and cinnamon; sprinkle over the sweet potatoes. Dot with butter; cover and cook on low for 7 to 9 hours. Sweet potato recipe serves 4 to 6.
