Ingredients:
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (8 oz.) container of sour cream
- 8 ounces Velveeta cheese
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 can of mushrooms
- several peeled and sliced red potatoes
Preparation:
Mix all ingredients together; place in crockpot on low until potatoes are done, about 6 to 8 hours.
