Easy Crockpot Potatoes With Cheese

Easy potatoes with cheese, cooked in the slow cooker.

Cook Time: 7 hours

Ingredients:

  • 1 can (10 3/4 ounces) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (8 oz.) container of sour cream
  • 8 ounces Velveeta cheese, cut in small cubes
  • 1/2 cup chopped onions
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • 6 to 8 medium red potatoes, peeled and sliced

Preparation:

Mix all ingredients and place in crockpot on low for 7 to 9 hours, or until potatoes are done.
