"I love crock-pot cooking so that is why I picked this casserole. I made this casserole for our company Thanksgiving Dinner. We had 75 people attend and they all loved this casserole and asked me to make it again next year. I had to make copies of the recipe to distribute to other coworkers at my office. Easy and delicious - a great combination."
