Ingredients:
- 1 cup barley
- 1 can (14 1/2 oz) roasted garlic chicken broth (about 2 cups)
- 3 to 4 green onions, thinly sliced (about 1/2 cup)
- 4 to 6 ounces fresh or canned mushrooms, sliced
- salt or seasoned salt and pepper to taste
- 2 teaspoons butter
Preparation:
Combine all ingredients in slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 4 to 5 hours.
