Easy Beef Stroganoff

Cook Time: 9 hours

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound stew meat cut into 2" pieces
  • 1 can (10 3/4 oz.) condensed beef broth
  • 1 medium onion, coarsely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 can (4 oz.) mushroom pieces, drained
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 3 tablespoons cold water
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • hot cooked noodles

Preparation:

Place beef, onion, beef broth, garlic powder and mushrooms into crockpot. Cover and cook on low heat setting for 8 to 10 hours. Turn crockpot to HIGH setting. Heat until bubbling. Stir in soup, sour cream, and paprika, blending until smooth.Blend cornstarch in cold water; stir into slow cooker. Cover and cook 15 minutes longer. Serve with hot cooked noodles.
